At OPTAVIA, we believe you can live the best life possible. We know that requires a healthy you, and complete satisfaction with your purchase and your experience. Subject to the below terms, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, please return your product within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund (less shipping and handling fees).
Once we receive your return, we will process the request within 10 business days to ensure you receive your refund in a timely manner. We recommend retaining proof of your return in the event your package does not reach our warehouse as expected.

- All returns require a Return Authorization Number, which can be obtained from a member of our Client Support Team at http://answers-hk.OPTAVIA.com/help/contact-us.
- Refunds are available only on (i) consumable products and blenders and (ii) non-consumable products which are not of merchantable quality. Simply place all fuelings in their original box when returning.
- Any free promotional items you may have received with your order are yours to keep and do not qualify for a refund.
- All return postage fees are the responsibility of the Client.
- Refunds will only be applied to the credit card account which was used to make the original purchase.
- All returned products shall be sent to a designated address in Hong Kong; returns will not be accepted at OPTAVIA’s Hong Kong office.
Package Refusal Policy
HKD$40 will be deducted from your refund if you refuse your shipment.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages en route to us.
