All Fuelings are nutritionally equivalent, making OPTAVIA plans simple to follow. For your sixth meal, you’ll learn how to make a Lean & Green meal for you and your family using lean protein, vegetables and healthy fats. Once you’ve reached your goal weight and established healthy habits, you can replace some or all of your Fuelings with Lean & Green meals and other healthy foods.
