A few years back, I was experiencing the effects of hormonal changes aka menopause: weight gain, brain fog, sluggishness. I was desperate to regain control of what I felt was leading to an unhealthy life. Steve had gained weight also over the years but never gave a thought to dieting. He thought he would never be able to change and that there was nothing to be done. Despite being active cyclists and working out at the gym, we were steadily gaining weight. Our metabolisms were taking a hit. We connected with a FB friend who became our coach and changed our lives forever! We were given a rock solid, proven system that allowed us to create healthy habits for our lifetime. We got to a healthy weight, we gained energy, strength and the knowledge that we will never go back.
