Ingredients

Egg whites, dextrin, whey protein concentrate, soy protein isolate, rice flour, apple powder, salt, dried green onions, flavor, minerals (calcium phosphate, magnesium oxide, ferric pyrophosphate, sodium molybdate, potassium iodide, zinc oxide, sodium selenite, chromium chloride, manganese sulfate, copper sulfate), onion powder, sugar, emulsifier (lecithin), vitamins [ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), dl-α-tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E), niacinamide (Vitamin B3), biotin, calcium-d-pantothenate {pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5)}, Vitamin A palmitate, cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12), thiamine mononitrate (Vitamin B1), pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), folic acid, cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3), riboflavin (Vitamin B2)], Bacillus coagulans GBI-30 6086 contains a minimum of 250 million CFU per serving.

Mixing Instructions

Pancake Preparation Directions:

1. Add 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil to non-stick cooking pan, and heat pan (Customer to provide their own oil).
2. Add 2 tbsp (30ml) of cold water into a bowl and add contents of 1 sachet.
3. Mix with a whisk or fork until ingredients are combined.
4. Pour batter into pre-heated pan and cook until brown around the edges.
5. Flip pancake and cook.
6. Remove from pan and let cool 1 minute, enjoy!

Crepe Preparation Directions:

1. Add 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil to non-stick cooking pan, and heat pan (Customer to provide their own oil).
2. Add 4 tbsp (60ml) of cold water into a bowl and add contents of 1 sachet.
3. Mix with a fork or wire whisk until ingredients are combined.
4. Pour batter into pre-heated pan and cook until brown around the edges.
5. Flip crepe and cook.
6. Remove from pan and let cool 1 minute, enjoy!
