I'm an independent OPTAVIA Coach. Here is my story:
I was 56 tired and wondering why at this age most women just except the "middle age spread". I was trying to take care of myself and working out regularly and had been for most of my adult life. I ate pretty good trying to keep the weight at bay however I hit 50 and for the next 6 yrs the weight crept on 1 lb. at a time. I was still exercising all the time and had tried on my own to get it off. I was so frustrated! I Finally was like “ok maybe I am destined to be this size after menopause” Then I just happened to see a post from my coach Dee on FB about that very subject. I knew her a little bit and and knew she did something but wasn’t sure exactly what and when I saw her personal post about the exact feelings and issues I was having I called her and said “sign me up”. I am loving the wholeness of this program and how it addresses all areas of health healthy body, healthy mind and healthy finances. I am loving the changes in my body and looking forward to where this is all going.

*2019 clinical study where participants who had the support of a coach lost up to 10x more weight* than the self-directed group.
