I'm an independent OPTAVIA Coach. Here is my story:

Giving real hope is our motto and mission, being able to help others is our passion. It started with a OMG moment on the scale of the doctor's office, and it turned into a life changing, forward thinking, answer to prayer. Starting with that one decision to change my life and finding the right program in Take Shape for Life everything has changed, when you have your health you began to dream about the future and what it can be like. Being able to offer such a great program that has work so wonderfully for us to our friends and family and future friends has been one of the greatest things we have ever been involved with. I was a brick and stone Mason for 30 years and Lynette worked for a copyright company, we were just doing life and not really fulfilling what we have always felt in our hearts, to help people. Now that what has been in our heart is now in our hands our lives have become so fulfilled on so many different levels. Lynette and I have worked closely together to help everyone that comes our way, so if you are ready we will take you by the hand and not let go until you have achieved your goals. Here to help!
