here is my story
I have struggled being overweight my entire life. I'd manage to drop pounds and then find them again. I ran, swam and cycled without success on getting healthy. My joints ached, my back hurt and I suffered from sleepless nights. I was always tired and irritable, which were not healthy for my family. Then, I found this program and a health coach, who invited me to take back my health and happiness. I was at a low, I didn't even want to look at myself in the mirror. I didn't see the person God made me. Looking back, I was depressed, but didn't recognize it. I made excuses about starting, and then realized there will never be a perfect time. We would spend summer vacation seeing family and living from a suitcase, but I was ready for change. I went from a size 14 to a 6, from 172 to 138 pounds.
