I'm an independent OPTAVIA Coach. Here is my story:
I am a 27 year, 3 time cancer survivor and gained weight with all the medications I was on. I lost a total of 47 lbs and the best part is by utilizing the Healthy Habits I learned, I have maintained! Millions of Americans are caught in an obesigenic world that is plagued with fast food options around every corner, poor eating habits, a general lack of activity, high stress environments, insufficient sleep, and a sick-care health system. I am a free resource that will guide you through the Optavia program and provide on-going personal coaching. I'll help you build knowledge, skills, and support your need to realize health while keeping you focused on your long-term goals and dreams. Upon your desired weight loss, you'll Transition and then Maintenance plan, which will allow you to put your healthy habits to work to support lasting weight maintenance. Throughout this process, I will serve as your mentor, educator, coach, and friend. IF I CAN DO IT, YOU CAN DO IT!!
